Moxie (Upgrade to see actual info) enables nurses to become entrepreneurs, and grow successful, independent businesses. MedSpas are booming, regulated practices that provide aesthetic services like Botox, fillers, and more.

Today, 80% of them in the US are individually owned and operated and we want to keep it that way. We provide our entrepreneurs the tools and expertise to operate with the scale of a large chain while remaining independent.

We are a well-funded Series A startup with many happy customers and are growing to help make more entrepreneurs. That’s where you come in.

THE ROLE:
You will help us scale our sales team by taking on tasks from our Account Executive and Sales Development Rep to make them more effective.

Specifically, you will:
-Enrich lists of prospects and add them to our CRM with relevant qualifying criteria
-Send reminders and confirmations for upcoming appointments
-Conduct reference calls with prospect’s references
-Take on additional responsibilities for the sales team over time
-We’re looking for:
-Experience supporting a US-based team with both written work and calling
-Willing to work PST hours
-Strong written English
-Strong verbal English as you may be conducting phone calls
-Having a neutral English accent

Other requirements:
-Must have a reliable internet connection (>30mbps)
-Quiet working environment

Bonus if:
-You have worked with CRMs (Hubspot/Rocketlane)
-You have worked for the health, beauty, or wellness industry
-You have experience with sales, particularly for product/service offerings
