JOB OVERVIEW

This is a fully remote position for an experienced Sales Assistant who has worked with business-to-business sales teams in the past. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales strategies and contributing to our company’s success in the competitive tech market. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to enhance customer engagements and boost sales outcomes.

As a Sales Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in all aspects of client acquisition and retention strategies. You will manage and respond to customer inquiries, prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports, and maintain comprehensive customer relationship management databases. By providing thorough administrative and logistical support, you will enable our sales professionals to focus more on the selling process and less on the operational and process-driven tasks. You will also be involved in preparing presentations, setting up meetings, and following up on sales prospects, ensuring that our sales team has the right support to achieve their targets.

To succeed in this role, you need to be conversant with CRM system management, data enrichment, and email outreach. You will benefit greatly from attention to detail, personal organization, time management, and scheduling.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and driven with a strong sense of urgency
Proven ability to interact effectively with both customers and internal teams
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, often-async environment
Conversant in English (spoken and written)
