Key Skills

We are looking for someone with a sales background and experience dealing with clients based in the UK. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a caring personality with a soft, understanding, non-judgmental approach. You will be dealing with vulnerable customers who suffer from depression, anxiety, and stress. Fluency in English with a subtle accent is a must for this role. You must understand this is a high-paced job role that has a sales quota, and you should be highly motivated and driven to succeed.


IVA Sales and Support Agent Requirements

?? 3-years of sales experienced
?? Must have good verbal English speaking skills
?? Stable Internet Connection
?? Attendance and participation at a meeting
?? Ability to adapt to change and adapt to new systems
?? Assist in growing the business
?? Effective communication
?? Timely completion of jobs
Empathy skills and good relationship-building skills
