STR Revenue Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time (40 hrs a week) remote role as a STR Revenue Manager. As a STR Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for managing revenue streams and maximizing revenue opportunities within the Short Term Rental (STR) market. You will develop and implement revenue strategies, analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and liaise with property owners and platforms to drive STR revenue growth.


Qualifications

Proven experience in revenue management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of the STR market and platforms
Knowledge of revenue management systems and tools (PriceLabs)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be knowledgeable using tools like PriceLabs, AirBNB, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Canva.
