As our Online Travel Agency (OTA) Specialist, you'll be the Michelangelo of our online presence, sculpting compelling, data-driven narratives that captivate audiences across Airbnb,
This position will report directly to our Revenue Management Director providing expertise in the marketing and distribution of our listings. Our ideal candidate is a rock star assistant based in the Philippines with strong expertise who can seamlessly integrate into our team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and special projects. As the distribution expert and listing creator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the best rates possible of our short-term rental listings.
Your Enchanted Toolkit:
Platform Pathfinder: You'll navigate the intricate landscapes of Airbnb,
Listing Architect: Words are your chisel, photos your canvas. You'll sculpt descriptions as lush as Banaue rice terraces, weaving in local flavors like adobo spices and capturing the essence of each space with the warmth of a tita's embrace. Photos? You'll curate them like a master paruparo painter, showcasing every corner with the brilliance of a Mayon sunset.
Data Whisperer: Numbers whisper secrets to you, like tiktiks chirping under a starlit sky. You'll analyze trends like a manghuhulad reading the currents, decipher algorithms with the wit of a Lola solving a sudoku puzzle, and use your insights to optimize listings for maximum visibility and bookings. Think Sherlock Holmes meets Marie Kondo of vacation rentals, with a dash of Lola's wisdom!

Position Pay and Logistics:
Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, Denver, Colorado, USA time zone.
Starting Pay: $1000 USD per month. Paid 2x per month via our Global HR Software (Rippling).
