Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Senior PPC Specialist to join our award-winning digital agency. Reporting directly to our Paid Media Lead, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Paid Media expert to make their mark in one of our fastest-growing departments.

You’ll be a problem-solver and analytical thinker with a track record of going above and beyond to make our clients more searchable and successful. As a Senior PPC Specialist, your role will encompass a full approach to the PPC campaign
strategies for your assigned clients.

Duties And Responsibilities
Support the Paid Media Team (And Account Managers) to provide clients with Paid Media strategies and recommendations.
Assist with process improvement and upskilling the team in the best-in-class Paid Media techniques.
Implementing PPC campaigns and driving results for clients.
Focus on increasing return on investment (ROI) for each client.
Manage all aspects of Paid Ads (Google / Bing / Microsoft / Amazon) campaigns. Set up, optimize, and monitor campaigns.
Present media plans for new and existing clients.
Manage and advise on budgets to best suit each client’s goals and business objectives.
Monitor data and analyze the performance of the campaigns in a monthly or weekly report.
Make sure all data is being tracked correctly on GA, GADs, and the client’s website.
Execute keyword research regularly.
Create effective content for the campaigns.
Coordinate with creatives, account managers, and marketing managers for any concerns or changes in the campaign.
Stay up to date with industry trends and implement new strategies to the campaigns to maximize ROI.
Work closely with clients and the client services team to deliver outstanding digital campaigns.
Work across other departments to identify cross-channel strategies.

Minimum Qualifications
We want you to have:

3+ Years Experience in a PPC role, preferably agency-side.
Extensive knowledge of PPC and Amazon PPC.
Expert in analytics, attribution knowledge, and highly proficient in tracking including the use of GTM.
Experience in working on budgets of over £10K by yourself.
Ability to explain the relationship between effort and results to clients.
Understanding of the interplay between Paid Media & SEO.
A proven track record of delivering results.
Hands-on experience working with Google Ads.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in hands-on programmatic advertising is desirable.
Knowledge of using scripts within Google Ads is desirable.
