We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager to execute content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships across multiple accounts. If you're passionate about social media, creative writing, and engaging with online communities, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Draft monthly or weekly social media content calendars, newsletters, and blogs for client approval.
Schedule approved content to client social media pages and Sprout as needed, ensuring all content is reviewed and approved by a manager.
Ad Campaigns:
Assist in drafting ads (creative and copy) for client approval.
Identify posts to boost and support the Social Media Manager in executing ad campaigns.
Community Management:
Engage with clients' current followers by responding to questions, comments, and direct messages.
Identify opportunities to like, share, and comment on relevant posts to engage potential online fans.
Influencer Marketing:
Research and identify influencers for potential partnerships.
Coordinate influencer partnerships by conducting outreach, providing brand messaging and assets, and tracking influencer coverage.
Other Duties:
Check
Set Google Alerts for each client and their industry to monitor dialogue for future posts.
Keep track of hours and submit regular timesheets.
Qualifications:
Top 5 Technical Skills:
Advanced creative writing experience for social media posts
Strong experience with
Ability to write blogs
Prior experience with Instagram growth tactics
Experience with LinkedIn management

Hours:
40 hours per week, flexible hours: 1 pm PST to 9:30 pm PST (4 am to 1230 pm Philippine time)
