SEO/PPC/LSA Expert

We take pride in being a family-owned company with a strong emphasis on family culture and values. Currently, we have five Filipino Virtual Assistants and we're actively seeking for an SEO/PPC/LSA Expert to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, including Google local service ads, to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities for both organic and paid search.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, content, and site structure, to enhance search engine indexing and performance in LSA.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and Google Ads dashboard, providing insights for continuous improvement across all channels.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns, including LSA.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives, including performance in LSA, to optimize overall performance.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies in LSA and other paid campaigns.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing and LSA, ensuring consistency and relevance across all platforms.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization, with a focus on local search terms and customer intent.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations, including local SEO strategies tailored to LSA.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategies, identifying opportunities to improve local search visibility.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive link-building strategy, including local citation building and optimization for LSA.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices, including local search optimization, are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming, aligning with LSA goals and objectives.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and enhance performance in LSA.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz to analyze website performance and track key metrics, including metrics related to LSA.
- Knowledgeable in performing keyword research, understanding search engine algorithms, and implementing effective ranking strategies, including strategies tailored for LSA.
- Excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate and optimize content for SEO purposes, including content for LSA.
- Experience or familiarity with PPC marketing and Google Analytics is considered a plus, including understanding how local service ads integrate with PPC campaigns.
- Proven track record as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating success in improving website visibility and search rankings, including performance in LSA.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, with the ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, including changes affecting local search and LSA.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in both organic and paid search, including LSA.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve SEO goals, including integrating efforts with PPC and LSA campaigns.

Work Hours:
- 40-hour work week
- 8 AM to 5 PM CT
