As an expanding marketing agency based in North America with over six years in the business, we're now looking for a part-time SEO Specialist, capable of contributing 12 hours per week to our team's growth.

We seek an SEO Specialist who is deeply committed to continuously staying ahead in the ever-evolving SEO landscape, keen on adopting the most current and effective growth strategies to maintain and enhance our online presence.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase our websites' search engine rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
* Preparing and executing on-page optimization strategies for organic visibility.
* Conducting website technical audits to identify SEO issues.
* Analyzing website server logs, crawl reports, and analytics data to develop improvement strategies.
* Performing keyword research and analysis.
* Optimizing on-page elements such as page titles, headers, content, and internal linking.
* Managing off-page optimization, including link-building and social media strategies.
* Implementing technical SEO elements, including site speed and mobile optimization.
* Utilizing Google Search Console for optimization.
* Executing local SEO tactics, including Google My Business optimization and local citation building.
* Developing and optimizing content strategies.
* Video SEO
* Monitoring and analyzing SEO performance metrics to refine strategies.

**Requirements:**
* Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, techniques, tools, and platforms.
* Creative and strategic thinking skills.
* Understanding of AI integration into SEO strategies.
* At least 2 years of SEO work experience, including local SEO.
* Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on SEO opportunities.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
* Detail-oriented with excellent research skills.
* Effective communication skills and a strong passion for SEO.
* Must have a dedicated workspace with a stable internet connection and a webcam for occasional meetings.
* Located in the Philippines.

**Working Hours:**
Monday to Thursday, 9 PM to 12 AM Manila time zone.
