Summary
Lume Sales & Marketing is a digital marketing agency that is laser-focused on creating customized solutions for the home services industry. As a SEO Specialist, you'll use your industry expertise to perform various tasks as require to help our clients improve their website's performance online and increase their organic rankings on major search engines.

At Lume, we create an Authentic Partnership between our clients and our team that produces Impactful Results through our Proactive Transparency and Passionate Service. Our marketing team uses their authentic style to help our clients to tell their story in the communities they serve.
Responsibilities:
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Develop and implement link building strategy
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Required Qualifications:
The right candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English language
• Proven SEO experience
• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Instagram, and Facebook
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Experience with bid management tools
• “Can-do” attitude with a growth mindset
• Experience in roles requiring confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
• Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
