SEO Specialist

Plumbing Unlimited is currently seeking a talented Google My Business [GMB] Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our online presence to drive organic traffic and enhance our clients digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute effective GMB and website strategies to improve our clients search engine ranking and visibility.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases for optimization.
- Optimize on-page elements, including geotags, meta tags, headings, and content, to maximize search visibility and user engagement.
- Perform technical GMB audits to identify and address website issues that may impact performance.
- Monitor website traffic, performance metrics, and keyword rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, website software and GMB software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to implement GMB recommendations and initiatives effectively.
- Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights on GMB performance to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in GMB, with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in GMB and website tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs, localviking, GMB Everywhere
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on the latest GMB trends, website trends, tools, and techniques.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines and achieving objectives in a remote work setting.
