We're currently offering a part-time position, and totally get it if you have other commitments or responsibilities as long as the work gets done for the day. We're looking for someone who will be a great fit with the team (as we want a great work environment) and who can grow with us.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and help us improve the online visibility and organic search rankings of our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully improving organic search traffic and rankings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to identify valuable target keywords.
Perform on-page optimization including optimizing meta tags, content, and site structure.
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to build high-quality backlinks.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Provide recommendations and implement SEO improvements based on data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz).
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
A portfolio or examples of past successful SEO projects is preferred.
