Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the SEO strategies and campaigns for our local clients. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page techniques to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for improved search visibility.
Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website optimization.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure strategies remain effective.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices.
Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to clients regarding SEO performance and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, preferably within an agency environment.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with local SEO strategies and tactics is a plus.
