SEO LEAD

We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead who will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our website's organic search performance and drive qualified traffic. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong analytical skills, a proven track record of successfully executing SEO initiatives and has experience to manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
-Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
-Collaborate with content creators to ensure that on-page content is optimized for target keywords and user intent.
-Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact website performance, such as crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
-Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure that our SEO strategies remain effective and compliant with best practices.
-Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to support SEO initiatives as needed.
-Lead and mentor junior members of the SEO team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance for websites.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page factors.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush or other platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
