Responsibilities:
- Repurpose complex whitepapers and articles into comprehensive 3,000-4,000 word blogs.
- Utilize AI tools to generate content, and skillfully edit it to ensure sure it appears original and authentic.
- Align content with the specific tone and language used by our subject matter expert.
- Assist in writing marketing copy for various digital campaigns.

Technical Skills:
1. SEO Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO best practices to optimize blog content for search engines.
2. Content Repurposing: Ability to transform detailed whitepapers and articles into engaging, readable blog posts.
3. AI Content Adjustment: Skilled in using AI tools for content creation and editing it to ensure it appears original and authentic.
4. Research Skills: Capable of conducting thorough research to supplement content and verify facts.
5. Understanding of Financial and Business Terms: Familiarity with the language and concepts of business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and exit planning.

Soft Skills:
1. Attention to Detail: To ensure accuracy and quality in content which aligns with brand and business-specific terminology and themes.
2. Adaptability: Ability to match the tone and style of existing content or as directed by the subject matter expert.
3. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with your team and understand content requirements.
4. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, especially when dealing with deadlines and multiple projects.

Qualifications:
• Strong SEO knowledge and experience in content repurposing.
• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Copy AI, or Jasper AI.
• Familiarity with business brokerage, mergers, acquisitions, and exit planning is a plus but not required.
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to adhere to our style guide and match the existing content tone.
• English Proficiency C2 (Advanced/Mastery) or above.
