Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who are we looking for?
The App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist or App Store SEO will play a crucial role in enhancing our KID'S App visibility and performance on iOS (Apple Store). This role involves optimizing app metadata, conducting keyword research, analyzing app performance metrics, figuring out what words people are searching for, checking how well the app is doing, and coming up with plans to get more people to download and use it.

What would the task be?

- Improving the visibility, reach, and conversion rates of our app/s in iOS (Apple Store).
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for app optimization. By understanding the target audience and what are the current reviews (the language that the customer using to understand the app)
- Research the keywords and reviews on the competitor's app, by comparing strategic keywords on analytics platforms to see which have the most potential.
- Optimize app metadata, including app title, description, keywords, and screenshots, to improve sea45rch visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor app performance metrics, including downloads, impressions, and user retention, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze competitor apps and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to implement ASO best practices and strategies.
- Stay updated on Apple App Store guidelines and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and maximize optimization efforts.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ASO efforts and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Continuously test and iterate on ASO strategies to improve app rankings, visibility, and user acquisition.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ASO optimization for iOS apps, with a strong understanding of Apple App Store guidelines and best practices.
- With experience in ASO tools and platforms, such as Upgrade to see actual info, Sensor Tower, App Annie, Gummiecube, App Tweak, or similar (is a plus but not required)
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive optimization decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and product teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for mobile technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**He/ She must also have the following skillset:
- Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
- A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
- Headphones/earphones (for meetings)
