**What Is Expected**
1. You are be able to work Mountain Standard Time (US) business hours, Monday - Friday

2. You are be able to hold a full-time workload independently by 90-days in

3. You are be able to show proof of SEO experience outside of a resume/cover letter by engaging in a test task

4. You have worked with local business clients in the United States before applying

5. You can fluently speak, write, and read English
