SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST

**Part-Time Senior Finance Analyst (Real Estate)**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our growing real estate team. This is a remote, part-time position that is crucial to our operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis on real estate deals and generate insightful reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Create comprehensive budgets and forecasts for each property.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and procedures.
- Identify and solve complex accounting problems.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Extensive experience in real estate finance, deal analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- U.S. experience is a plus.

**Working Hours:** 1 PM - 5 PM (Philippine Time)
