As we expand, we're looking for a talented SDR or Sales Development Representative to help us with sales.

Your Role:
As an SDR (Sales Development Representative) at Upgrade to see actual info, your primary task will be to support the sales team and help us earn more money. We will be selling services like guest posts, press releases and banner advertisements. Your primary responsibilities include responding to emails, sending reminder emails, finding new potential customers, and maintaining a clean and well-organized CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring timely and professional communication
Send reminders and follow-up emails to old leads to re-engage potential clients
Update and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and cleanliness
Acquire new leads and customers
Handle email negotiations with potential clients
Create and maintain lists of potential partners and clients
Help writing and improving email templates

Requirements:
Proficiency in CRM software (we use HubSpot CRM)
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Eye for detail
Experience or interest in the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector
Experience or interest in SEO (we will be selling a lot of guest posts)
The ability to thrive in a remote, digital-first work environment
Open to part-time work with the potential to work more hours in the future

Wage:
Starting wage of $3 - $3.5 /hour, based on experience, with a clear path for increases.
