B2B School is a leading provider of sales and marketing training designed specifically for B2B business owners in Australia, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK. Our clients includes consultants, agency owners, business coaches, and software companies. We excel in helping our clients craft compelling proposals, generate leads with predictability, and streamline their sales and marketing systems. With a robust database of 20,000 subscribers, a vibrant Facebook group of 3,000, and a significant social media presence, we have a wealth of resources to tap into.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic SDR / Appointment Setter to join our team and fill a crucial gap in our process. Your role will be pivotal in connecting with potential clients who haven't yet booked appointments through our automated systems. You will utilize social media interactions, SMS, and warm calling techniques to engage with new followers, qualify leads, and secure appointments. We currently collect around 100 inbound leads and attract approximately 50 followers on social media per week.

This is a part-time position (initially) requiring 16 hours per week (4 hours per day, four days a week).

Responsibilities:

- Initiate conversations with new followers on social media platforms and in our Facebook group to explore potential needs and solutions.
- Engage with new and existing subscribers using SMS and warm calling to encourage bookings.
- Qualify leads and guide them through the appointment booking process, ensuring a seamless transition to our sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage our digital assets for maximum engagement.
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Being able to sell by SMS or DM is a priority.)
- Ability to outbound call with confidence. (Confident English language speaking skills is a pre-requisite.)
- Ability to innovate and implement lead generation strategies across various platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

Selection Process:

Successful applicants will be invited to participate in a paid trial period where they will execute specific tasks and projects aimed at demonstrating their skills and fit for the role. For example, warm calling a list. Starting conversations with followers on social media. Checking in with potential clients via SMS. Additionally, candidates are required to submit a short introductory video using an online tool (e.g., Loom), answering five key questions (see questions below).
