About Us:

Our leadership needs an experienced and dedicated sales assistant to drive workflows and ensure high levels of performance among junior staff. We’re looking for someone proactive, with strong communication and analytical skills, to fill this role. The Sales assistant will offer comprehensive support in all areas of business, including communications, administration, project management, and client satisfaction. An ideal candidate will also feel comfortable working in a high-pressure office environment.


Objectives of this role

• Solution Presentation: Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of our software development services to clients through presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Taking care of the works assigned by BDM.
• Lead generation: Cold, active, inactive calls, appointments
• Offer comprehensive assistance to Regional Business Development manager maintaining his schedules and works.
• Assisting him in managing all the business development works across APAC
• Assisting him in deliverable execution, keeping his key works on track and finishing his tasks on time
• Ensure client satisfaction with timely communications and scope delivery
• Coordinate activities with his team and clients to ensure organized and efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably busines, IT or related field.
• At least 2 years of software sales or relevant sales experience
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Team player who is able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM/HRM software and sales tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and leadership.
• Proactive and able to multi-task
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• IT savvy and basic Microsoft Office skills; strong Excel skills is an advantage
