Ruby on Rails Developer

As a Ruby on Rails Developer at Stan Ventures, you'll be instrumental in revitalizing and transforming our platform. We're seeking a creative, results-driven individual who can take charge of back-end services, integrate with our Next.js front-end, and collaborate effectively with our team. Your contributions will directly shape the user experience and functionality of our site as we strive to offer an exceptional product to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
Seamlessly integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers (using Next.js) with server-side logic through robust APIs. (modified responsibility)
Identify bottlenecks and bugs in both the Rails back-end and Next.js front-end, and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation for both Rails and the Next.js integration.
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, considering both back-end and front-end aspects.
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, including front-end developers, to prioritize and implement feature requests that involve both Rails and Next.js.
Requirements: (4 - 5 Years of Experience with Ruby on Rails development )

Proven work experience in software development.
Demonstrable expertise with Ruby on Rails.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Strong understanding of Next.js and its integration with Ruby on Rails APIs. (modified requirement)
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with databases and creating database schemas.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
