Rostering Coordinator

Your Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Rostering Coordinator to join our growing team at Direct care Assistance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that rosters are developed and reviewed, that clients and support workers are appropriately matched, and shifts are staffed.
- Attend to phone calls and routing them to the appropriate team within the DCA team when necessary.
- Working on the roster and completing the staff roster in response to sick calls received or filling vacant shifts.
- Monitor Incident Report submitted by staff and compile it in the incident folder.
- Verifying the accuracy of mileage logged during staff shifts
- Overseeing the Budget app for various houses and the office teams
What you will bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience in Online Industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience with an Australian client is an advantage
