# Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. As our Rockstar Virtual Assistant you will be in a position to grow your skills and make an immediate impact on our fast growing business.

# Must Have Qualities:

- You must be extremly good in conversational English so you can communicate with our customers who we obssess about
- Good comprehension and writing skills
- Comfortable with Excel and working with data
- Self starter with a killer "Get Stuff Done" attitude.
- A problem-sovler not a problem-presenter
- Excellent research and reporting skills

# Ideal Qualities:

- Customer support experience
- Inventory management or supply chain management experience
- Hands on experieince with Amazon Seller Central
- Excitement about helping people start and grow businesses that change the world


# What You'll Do:

- Obsessing with customers, replying to their complaints and questions
- Helping manage and maintain our inventories at warehouses
- Organizing reports and COGS for inventory and financials
- Monitoring and maintaining health of our accounts on online sales channels like Amazon
- Assisting our Sales & Marketing team with updating product details on online product pages
- To qualify for this job, in the subject head, write: "I want to work for you (owner of KeaBabies)"
- Assisting our CEO with variety of research based tasks
- Learning from one of the customer obsessed baby goods brand in America on how to deliver the promise of happiness.
