PAY
Based on ability and experience, ranging from $250-$350/month (part time rate). Will increase overtime as you take on more responsibility, increase independence, and grow the business.
Profit Sharing Bonuses! Earned through high performance, extra impact, and proactively going above and beyond the role.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Honest. (If you lie - don’t apply. If you lie after being hired, you will be fired.)
- Reliable. Prompt. Shows up on time & focused.
- Fluent in English, near native speaker
- Comfortable w/ basic business math (ex: calculate profit).
- Follows all the instructions in this post.
- Able to learn many different kinds of tasks
- Able to think through a situation & take steps to solve the problem
- Organized, able to follow a process
- Pay attention to details
- Type 45+ WPM | 85%+ accuracy
Preferred Experience (not required, we can teach you ????):
-Order Processing / Dropshipping
-Platforms: Shopify, Gorgias, ClickUp
-Working with 3PL Companies / LTL Freight Carriers
- Sales & Customer service experience

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED - Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours. No loud background noise - no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
This position will start as part time (20 hours/week) you will work M-F 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST) with a goal to transition you to full time to support our growth.

Once transitioned to full time (40 hours/week), you will work M-F 9am-6pm with a 1 hour lunch break!
