I am the CEO of 3 different businesses and looking for a person who will be available to do following tasks:

1. Web Design: Understand design principles, layout, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) best practices to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
2. Content Creation: Craft compelling written content for websites and ebooks, including headlines, calls to action, and informative text.
3. Content Management Systems (CMS): Work with CMS platforms like WordPress or Squarespace to build and manage website content without extensive coding knowledge.
4. Basic HTML & CSS: Possess a foundational understanding of HTML for website structure and CSS for styling the visual elements of a webpage.
5. Graphic Design: Have some graphic design skills to create visuals for websites, landing pages, or ebooks (icons, images, infographics).
6. SEO Optimization: Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility in search engine results.
7. Landing Page Optimization: Understand how to design and optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
8. E-book Formatting & Design: Format ebooks for various platforms (Kindle Direct Publishing, Apple Books) and create visually appealing layouts.
9. Image Editing: Use software like Adobe Photoshop or GIMP to edit images for websites and ebooks.
10. Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and client communication for website builds, ebook creation, or landing page development.

Do you have experience with all of this ?

Interview process:
1. I review your application
2. We will have a video call (please have a camera on, make sure you are in the place without too much external noise). I will look at your attention details, your internet, work conditions, and your communication skills
3. I will contact your references (please don’t share reference of your friends it has to be a company)
3. If you pass a video call interview and references I will give you a paid trial assignment when you will work with me for 1 week.
