Robot Pilot

# Summary

As a Robot Pilot, you will be a vital part of our start-up’s growth and the introduction of innovative technologies to the city streets by delivering goods, driving around the city, facilitating positive peer-to-peer interactions with business partners, customers, and citizens, as well as providing valuable feedback necessary for our robots’ continued improvement. This is a remote, entry-level position with a flexible schedule.

# Responsibilities:

- Remotely operate robots within designated city zones and fulfill deliveries in an efficient, timely manner.
- Assist with the development of product safety standards and documentation by reporting, reviewing, and reevaluating in-field iUpgrade to see actual info with the operations team.
- Comply with any and all related laws and regulations, safety procedures, and operating guidelines.
- Communicate with the pilot cohort, dispatching center, and Tiny Mile staff to maintain workplace communication, as well as provide and receive support as needed.
- Consistently evaluate robot functions and performance, and provide feedback to engineering staff for assessment.

# Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and an effective collaborator.
- Knowledge of how to use Google map and Street View is a big plus
- Access to the equipment necessary to remotely control Tiny Mile robots.
- Good Internet Connection at least 50Mbps minimum and available wired connection
- An available officially licensed wired Xbox One or PS4 controller (wired connection)
- Must have good PC or laptop specs (at least 8GB RAM, i5 processor for laptop, i3 10th gen or higher for PC)
- A webcam connected to your laptop or desktop
- Chrome as a browser
- Experience with driving, technologies, and/or delivery is preferred
- Experience in playing console games, especially driving games is a big plus
