Rippling Consultant

As a Rippling Consultant, you are responsible for the overall administration and management of Rippling. You are responsible for guiding the organization in maximizing the value of the platform to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Rippling Administration & Management:
Manage onboarding flow of New hire
Process paperwork such as offer letter and contract
Provisioning - i.e. new hires to choose their display name, set up payroll account and email address, granting access to workspace accounts such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, Asana, Zoom, Slack,
Set up Rippling RPass - to use as a single sign-on tool and integrate this with Google Workspace and 1Password
Experienced in configuring vacation and time off modules to help us understand our options and implement what is right for the company
Set up Profiles for Hourly/ Contract Employees - regulating time sheets through Rippling to be approved and paid as necessary
Set-up Options for Custom Pay Types - applying the right calculations for bonuses i.e. 13th month pay for PH employees.
Manage Profile and Permissions in Rippling - i.e. granting certain access to go through calendar and able to adjust future payroll dates.

Maximize Platform Capabilities:
Help the organization maximize the value of the platform to enhance overall operational efficiency
Continuously seeking ways to leverage Rippling more effectively

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR and Payroll administration using Rippling for large organizations
Highly skilled and motivated in both administrative and technology duties
Full understanding of HR policies, and procedures
Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods
Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
The ability to protect the interests of company employees
