Revit Modeller (MEP/Irrigation)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Revit Modeler with a primary focus on irrigation systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with a background in irrigation design. While MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience is acceptable, a strong emphasis on irrigation-related projects is desired.

Responsibilities:

Revit Modeling:

-Develop detailed Revit models for irrigation systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate irrigation designs into overall building models.
Irrigation System Design:
-Utilize your expertise in irrigation to contribute to the design and planning of irrigation systems for various projects.
Work closely with engineers and landscape architects to implement efficient and sustainable irrigation solutions.

Collaboration:
-Engage in effective communication with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate irrigation designs with overall building systems.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.

Quality Assurance:
-Conduct thorough reviews of Revit models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the modeling process.
Qualifications:

Education:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture) is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Revit modeling, with a focus on irrigation systems.
MEP experience is acceptable, but a strong preference for candidates with significant exposure to irrigation projects.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
-Familiarity with relevant software tools for irrigation design is a plus.
