We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team as a Revenue Optimization Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about helping our brand grow through various administrative and outreach tasks.

Job Description:
As a Revenue Optimization Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our revenue-generating activities by performing a variety of tasks. Your main responsibilities will include managing our outreach efforts to brands, coordinating video boosts, and facilitating sales partnerships. You will also play a key role in researching product trends and engaging with other content creators to expand our network.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach Coordination:

Compile and maintain a list of product videos made by our models and affiliates on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and others.
Reach out to brands to request products for review and manage communication with them.
Propose and coordinate paid video boosts with brands, using our Spark Code to enhance video visibility.
Sales Partnerships:

Engage with brands to establish product sales partnerships in our Time to Shine (TTS) channels.
Handle the promotion and sales coordination of partnered products through our platforms.
Trend Research:

Conduct research on current item trends to ensure we create content around the best products.
Provide recommendations based on trend analysis to optimize our content strategy.
Affiliate Network Engagement:

Reach out to other content creators to promote our products and those in our TTS on a commission basis.
Manage relationships with affiliates to ensure successful partnerships.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings effectively.
Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
Experience with outreach and sales coordination is a plus.
