Job Overview:

The Report Facilitator will be integral in developing and managing comprehensive reporting systems to track and analyze performance across all departments of the company. This position requires a keen understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to create and refine metrics that accurately reflect business performance. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO and department heads to ensure all stakeholders understand and can act upon the data provided.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance reports on various aspects of the business, including operations, finance, marketing, and customer service.
Create and refine KPIs to measure everything within the company, ensuring that critical metrics are accurately tracked and reported.
Gather daily data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness for effective monitoring and management.
Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights.
Present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the CEO and other stakeholders, facilitating a clear understanding of the company's performance.
Facilitate regular meetings to review reports, discuss performance against KPIs, and plan based on data insights.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data collection and reporting tools.
Train staff on new reports, dashboards, and KPI understanding.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role with a strong emphasis on KPI development and management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
