Job Description:
• We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reports Analyst to join our team.
• The Reports Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports to provide valuable insights into our e-commerce business operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis.
• Experience in working night shifts is required.
• Proficiency in utilizing various reporting tools and software is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous quality control measures.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience working in an e-commerce business.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience working in night shifts.
• Background in setting up relational databases.
• Expertise in spreadsheet software such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Familiarity with BI tools like PowerBI or Looker.

• Willingness to learn different processes related to report creation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
