Remote Webinar Chat Rep

We are looking for positive, friendly, outgoing individuals to join our Webinar Chat team!

In this role, you will be answering live chats during our webinars and having engaging conversations with our warm leads. You'll have the opportunity to constantly improve your skills while helping our customers achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have fantastic written and spoken English, a passion for continuous improvement, and open schedule availability. Previous chat and selling experience is also a big plus. As a naturally friendly team player, you'll be able to open up a conversation with both teammates and customers. With clear and friendly communication, you will be make sure that the message you are relaying is easily understood.

You must have reliable internet and power and be dependable when it comes to working your scheduled shifts.
