We're growing fast and we are looking for a skilled Excel/Google Sheet enthusiast to join us as a Vendor Operations Associate! In this role, your adept management of vendor data not only simplifies operations for various departments within the company but also lays the foundation for our continued growth. You'll be instrumental in identifying new product opportunities, adding new SKUs to our catalog, and managing all vendor data. Responsibilities

Onboard and set up vendors in our systems
Keep vendor data accurate/updated
Create new SKUs and manage the lifecycle of vendors and SKUs from end-to-end
Maintain vendor cost accuracy including shipping cost rules
Address and resolve accounting errors and other vendor data issues
Conduct vendor audits and handle resulting SKU addition activities, including contract requests


Requirements

We are a U.S.-based company, so you must be able to collaborate during Pacific Standard business hours 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PST
You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
You must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 8Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
Multicore Processor ex: Intel i3,i5,i7, or higher; AMD Ryzen, Athlon, FX or higher
8GB of Memory or higher
Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
Licensed 64-bit Windows 10 or Mac 10.14 (Mojave or Latest)
Ability to support a dual monitor setup
In order to comply with US Federal 889 requirements, the following computer and NIC brands may not be used to conduct work for Supply Chimp:
Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hangzhou Hikvision, or Dahua
