Remote Sales Representative (Cold Calling)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Remote Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients in order to generate new business opportunities for our pallet products.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to businesses within a designated territory to introduce our pallet products and services
Identify key decision-makers and establish rapport to understand their pallet needs
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further discussion with our sales team
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Proven experience in outbound sales or cold calling
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Own smartphone for making calls (with a stable connection and clear audio quality)
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
