JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements
- Must speak, read and type perfect American English and be fluent in business terminology
- Be available to work weekdays during Pacific time zone working hours (Employer is in California and works 8am-4pm PST)
- Part-time employment (20-30 hours/week) with future opportunity to work more hours
Regular Duties
- reach out to saved contacts via LinkedIn, phone, and email to set calls
- Set calls for employer and yourself and perform sales demos on google meet
-,Sort and qualify cold and warm leads
- Categorize all potential customers in Hubspot into 10 groups
- Use employer's CRM(Hubspot.com) to log all generated leads
- Track, enter, and correct all employers automated HubSpot data linked to Google email
- Schedule reminders for followups for sent PandaDoc proposals
- Use employers recorded calls and transcripts of calls to generate quotes and proposals in the Upgrade to see actual info platform
- Draft small batch LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns(send pdf and messages to customers in the 10 different groups)
- Modify sales collateral documents, PandaDoc templates, and possibly tailor PowerPoint for scheduled calls with potential customers
