Eyonzy Marine Recruitment, a leader in shore-based maritime industry recruitment, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Remote Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in connecting top talents with premier maritime opportunities, enhancing career paths, and strengthening our client companies' workforce.

Your Role:

As a Remote Recruitment Specialist, you will spearhead the development and management of daily call lists targeting a diverse pool of candidates. This includes engaging with individuals looking for new opportunities, staying in touch with our existing talent network, reaching out to online applicants, and connecting with newly registered candidates on our website. Moreover, your responsibilities will extend to emailing candidates and conducting outreach to customers and potential clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to final placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage daily call lists from various sources: open roles, existing candidates, online applicants, and website registrants.
Communicate effectively with candidates via calls and emails, providing them with the necessary information and support throughout the recruitment process.
Report candidate progress and updates directly to the Managing Director.
Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate the formatting of CVs/resumes for client submission.
Uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism within all communications.
Working Hours:

This position requires adherence to UK working time between 2pm-10pm.

Requirements:

Essential Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.

Preferred Background:
Experience in recruitment, particularly within the maritime industry, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Language Skills:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Remote Work Experience:
Must have a proven track record of effective remote work.
