As a Remote Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service while efficiently managing incoming calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.?
Responsibilities:
• Professionally and courteously answer incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate lawyers or department. Take detailed messages when necessary and ensure timely delivery to the intended recipient.
• Handling voi
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality agreements, security protocols, and compliance guidelines.
• All other duties that may not be listed but may be related to completing tasks
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Experience in using Mitel softphone is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a remote receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Previous experience working in a law firm or legal setting but not required.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in remote communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
• Amendable to work from 8 AM-5 PM Pacific Standard Time
