The Operations Administrator is a vital support role within our organization, dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. General Accountabilities:
- Assist in maintaining business documents and records.
- Manage store products, inventory, and process orders efficiently.
- Utilize WooCommerce knowledge to support eCommerce operations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems regularly.
- Manage support pipelines to ensure timely response and resolution.
- Perform video editing tasks as required.
- Manage website listings and updates.
- Support social media management efforts.
- Provide customer support through various channels.
- Assist in screening and interviewing employees for recruitment when required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles preferred.
- Experience with VoIP communications, WooCommerce, CRM systems, and Google Sheets is advantageous.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Experience with process improvement techniques and tools.
