JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Podcast Marketing VA for "Marketing Tails"
Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our "Marketing Tails" podcast team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our marketing and administrative tasks, particularly focusing on LinkedIn connections, CRM management, email marketing, social media, and website updates. Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Management: Efficiently manage new LinkedIn connections to expand our network and foster relationships with potential podcast guests and partners.
CRM Administration: Upload new connections to the Ninedot CRM system, ensuring each entry is accurately labeled for effective communication and follow-ups.

Email
Marketing Campaigns: Monitor and manage email invitation cadences to confirm new podcast guests. After production, execute email campaigns to promote the podcast episodes.
Social Media & Website Management: Utilize existing templates to create engaging social media posts promoting new episodes. Update the Ninedot website with new content and landing pages as required.
Customer Interaction: Answer emails and phone calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Calendar Management: Coordinate all aspects of calendar management, including scheduling meetings, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
Lead Generation: Make cold calls to potential leads from a provided spreadsheet, aiming to generate interest and engagement with our podcast.
Research: Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies.

Required Skills and Experience
Fluent in English with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and experience with social media management tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, guests, and partners.
Proven ability to manage email marketing campaigns and social media content creation.
Demonstrated experience in administrative support, including calendar management, customer service, and lead generation.
Adept at using Google Suite and familiar with scheduling tools and platforms.
