Remote Label Specialist & General Virtual Assistant (VA)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Label Specialist & General Virtual Assistant (VA). In this role, you will be responsible for managing label creation and printing processes while also providing general virtual assistance to support various aspects of our operations. Responsibilities:

Create and print shipping labels accurately and efficiently using designated software or platforms.
Coordinate with warehouse teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure timely label generation and application to packages.
Monitor label printing equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues or errors.
Maintain organized records of label creation and shipping activities for auditing and reporting purposes.
Provide general virtual assistance to support administrative tasks, including email management, data entry, and scheduling.
Assist with customer inquiries and order processing as needed to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize label creation processes and streamline workflow efficiencies.
