Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support to end-users via phone,
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software remotely.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT personnel.
Stay updated on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
Student or degree in IT or related field.
Experience in remote IT support with strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving remote technical issues.
Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with remote IT service management processes and tools.
Understanding of network protocols and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
