JOB OVERVIEW

Hung redefines the luxury laundry service, offering in-home care that washes, folds, and meticulously hangs your clothes. As we grow, we're looking for a Remote Customer Service and Virtual Assistant Specialist to be the linchpin of our operation, enhancing our client and team experiences.

The Role:
You'll be the heartbeat of our customer interactions and an organizational wizard behind the scenes. Initially, your role will blend traditional customer service tasks with virtual assistant duties, including material ordering, schedule coordination, and supporting virtual training. As the role evolves, you'll focus more on customer inquiries and ensuring our in-home laundry experts have everything they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring questions are answered and concerns are resolved swiftly.
Manage appointments and coordinate schedules between clients and laundry experts.
Assist in the initial phase with virtual assistant tasks such as ordering supplies, aiding in virtual training sessions, and other administrative duties.
Maintain accurate records of customer feedback to help refine our service offerings.
Collaborate with management to improve customer service protocols.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients.
Self-motivated with a passion for excellent service.
