Remote Cold Email Manager - Job Description - 50,000 overview
As a Cold Email Manager, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and generate valuable conversions for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling email strategies, managing campaigns, and continuously optimizing performance to achieve exceptional results and booked leads for DDM.



Core Competencies Include But Are Not Limited To:


Email List Building and Segmentation:

Implement strategies to grow email lists organically and ensure compliance with email marketing Upgrade to see actual infogment email lists based on relevant criteria to deliver personalized and targeted content to different audience Upgrade to see actual infompaign Management and Automation:

Utilize email marketing platforms to set up, schedule, and manage email campaigns efficiently.
Implement automation workflows to deliver timely and relevant emails based on user interactions.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitor email campaign performance, analyze data, and derive insights to improve results.
Continuously optimize email elements, including send times, content, and visuals, to enhance overall performance.


Requirements & Qualifications

Access to reliable and fast internet
Ability to work US Time Zones
Typical time zones are 8:30a - 4:30p Central Time and some weekends and outside of work hours may be required but will be infrequent.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Proficient in using project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Remote employment jobs will be paid in USD. Each person will be on a trial period for employment (30-90 day range) depending on role, person, circumstance, etc.
