Remote Cold Caller

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong ability to build rapport over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients using a provided list.
Introduce our services and book estimate walkthroughs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, and appointments set.


**Requirements:**
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

**Work Schedule**
This is a part time position.
The total amount of work hours per day is 4 hours. The times are 9:00 am though 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time and 2:00 pm through 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
