JOB OVERVIEW

The Regulatory & Compliance Coordinator is an integral role for the day-to-day operation at Brand Maven Consulting. This role will coordinate the preparation and timely submission of regulatory and compliance documents for the feed and fertilizer industries. You will also be responsible for researching, interpreting, and documenting fertilizer regulations. Detailed documentation will be required to build a regulatory database that automatically evaluates product attributes against the regulations you will be researching. Project management and organization skill sets will be important for success in order to track progress and deliver regular status reports for clients.

Essential job duties and responsibilities:
• Prepare, submit and manage renewals and reporting (tonnage, renewals etc) for fertilizers, soil amendments, inoculants feed and pestUpgrade to see actual info in the US.
• Prepare, submit, file and track new product registration applications.
• Digital file management.
• Research and document USA fertilizer regulations and requirements in each state

Qualifications:
• Experience with governmental regulatory agencies is strongly preferred
• Experience and knowledge working with fertilizers/agrochemical products strongly preferred
• Strong ability to research and comprehend written regulations.
• Perfect written and verbal English communication skills to communicate with state regulators.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (especially excel)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

This is a direct-hire full time position. Hours are largely flexible. However, you will be expected to be online and contactable two hours per day 3:00pm-5:00pm PST (Mon-Fri)
