Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to ensure our beauty brand’s product labeling adheres to the FDA’s Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA). The ideal candidate will have experience managing compliance in regulated industries and will possess strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the brand owner, our compliance regulatory team, and our designer to ensure compliance with FDA regulations under MoCRA.
- Oversee the compliance regulatory team’s assessment process, ensuring thorough reviews and adherence to all legal requirements for product labeling.
- Analyze feedback from compliance assessments and communicate necessary changes in labeling and packaging clearly to the brand designer.
- Manage updates to both internal and external packaging print files, ensuring all changes meet regulatory standards before production.
- Organize and maintain all compliance-related documents and print files in an accessible and systematic manner.
- Stay informed of regulatory updates and industry standards to proactively manage compliance risks.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in regulatory compliance within a regulated industry, such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods. Experience in cosmetics is a plus but not required.
- Strong project management skills, capable of effectively coordinating multiple tasks and communicating with various teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in compliance documentation and labeling specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex regulatory requirements to a diverse team.
