Responsibilities:
1. Referral Networking:
Cultivate strong relationships with other law firms, attorneys, and legal professionals.
Facilitate referrals by connecting clients with suitable legal partners.
2. Communication and Follow-Up:
Engage with other firms’ offices to discuss potential referrals.
Follow up on referred cases, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
Coordinate communication between clients and the receiving law firm.
3. Documentation and Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of referrals and outcomes.
Track progress and report back to firm management.
4. Legal Knowledge and Compliance:
Stay informed about legal practice areas and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
5. Qualifications:
JD (Thesis or Non-thesis)
Strong networking abilities and professional demeanor.
Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong English language skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
The ideal candidate should also be comfortable with engaging in sales activities over the phone
