Recruter wanted to build a bersonal brands on Instagram & YouTube

Hi, last year I gained 125,000 followers on Instagram where I speak about marketing (for photographers), and now I help businesses build their own personal brands that help get sales, with minimal investment from their time because business owners are busy people, so we do that by creating content like podcasts, hiring a videographer to record what we for work, and recording conversations with clients, and I'm looking for someone who can hire video editors and marketing experts for my personal brand and for my client's personal brands, so we can just focus on documenting what we do and other people will dUpgrade to see actual info what to share, where to share it, and how (in a way that will go viral).

I'm looking for someone who will not ask "So what do you need?" but who will figure it out by himself, what will help me the most, and proactively help. someone who can hire for me my dream team and then for my clients when they need also.

I don’t micromanage, you will have a lot of freedom & you can work when you want, where you want.

I spend most of my time thinking who can i hire that will change my life and I'd love you to figure that out for me. and find me this person, I'm also spending too much time looking for video editors who understand what actually goes viral but thats really hard to find as most video editors focus on the cool effects instead of what is being said in the video and finding interesting visuals.
