About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven sourcing assistant to report to our Head of
Talent Acquisition, and support with effectively building candidates pipelines for several
roles.

Responsibilities:
1. Understand the roles and needs of the Head of Talent Acquisition
2. Source quality candidates from various sources such as our recruitment portal and
LinkedIn recruiter.
3. Add relevant candidates to the interview flow in our ATS
4. Qualitatively and effectively communicate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to
present the profiles
5. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates through emails and LinkedIn
6. Support with organizing interviews through our ATS when necessary
7. Experience working with Greenhouse or Team Tailor as an ATS will be a plus
Qualifications:
1. Experience sourcing quality candidates for UK / EU companies
2. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a powerful recruitment tool
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with
candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
4. Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
